Teaching and Research
As a university lecturer, I teach logistics, supply chain management, process management and related business subjects. My courses combine theoretical foundations with practical examples and real-life business experience.
My main research areas are last-mile logistics, e-commerce logistics, sustainable delivery solutions, customer expectations related to delivery services, crowdshipping, and supply chain development. I have published more than 30 academic and professional papers indexed in the Hungarian Scientific Bibliography.
Consulting
I provide consulting and professional support in Lean and Kaizen-based process improvement, retail process development, e-commerce and last-mile logistics, supply chain optimisation, operational development in public catering, and project and change management.
